The Delta Summit Learning Center received approval for SREC funding through the Illinois Solar for All program.
The 270 kW roof-mounted solar array is expected to generate over 8,598 MWh over the next 25 years. That's equivalent to planting over 100,000 trees, or removing 12,186,000 lbs of CO2 from our atmosphere!
Balance Solar expects to save the Delta Summit Learning Center more than 88% ($1.2 million) of all expected electricity costs over 25 years. The Delta Summit Learning Center is an excellent example of the savings Balance Solar provides through the Illinois Solar for All Program.
