Despite the name, Solar for All is not available to everyone. Low income and environmental justice communities are the primary beneficiaries of SfA installations.
There are three subprograms within SFA: Nonprofits & Public Facilities, Low Income Distributed Generation, and Low Income Community Solar.
Illinois Solar for All is an outstanding program that was created by the State of Illinois' Future Energy Jobs Act in 2016.
Balance Solar is an ILSfA Approved Vendor, and has financed over a dozen projects in the program.
